How to Use:

• Diffuser Use:
  Add 5–8 drops to an essential oil diffuser to cleanse the air, support breathing, and create a serene, focused environment for work, meditation, or yoga.

1. DIY Room Spray / Mosquito Repellent:
   Mix 10–15 drops with 100 ml water and a splash of alcohol or witch hazel. Shake well and spray to purify rooms, freshen linens, or repel mosquitoes in indoor or outdoor areas.
2. Topical Use (with Carrier Oil):
   Mix 2–3 drops with a teaspoon of a carrier oil (like coconut, almond, or jojoba oil) and apply to exposed skin as a natural mosquito repellent or to temples, wrists, and chest for clarity, calm, and grounding during meditation or yoga practice
3. Car or Workspace Freshener:
   Place a few drops on a cotton ball or diffuser pad and keep it in your car or near your desk for long-lasting freshness and mental alertness.
4. Steam Inhalation:
   Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of hot water. Inhale the steam deeply under a towel to relieve congestion and ease respiratory discomfort.
