These General Terms and Conditions that have been made available online by the Seller on WWW.BHAVPRODUCTS.COM and WWW.BHAVSHOP.COM govern all offers, orders, agreements and other legal relationships between the Buyer and the Seller with respect to the use of the Website, including the purchase and sale of a Product on or via the Website (e-store) and the store in Jhochhen, Kathmandu. The Seller has the full right to change/edit/update the terms and conditions.

All the contents- designs, texts, photos, videos published to WWW.BHAVSHOP.COM and WWW.BHAVPRODUCTS.COM is the property of Bhav Products & Stationery Udhyog and Bhav Shop besides the product that has been collaborated with other vendors in the website are the shared property with them. Any kind of imitation, copy, misuse, adapt, change and re-sale without authorisation will be the violation of the Copyright Law.

Colours of the products on your screen shall vary due to the screen resolution, lighting and the user’s devices.

While registering in the website the details the Buyer provides should be accurate, complete and up-to-date information asked in the form. We need the details to confirm and pass the information regarding the goods purchased by the respective Buyer. If the account or information found inaccurate and false, Bhav Shop and Bhav Products holds right to terminate the account of the user and report to the Police.

The Buyer should update their account information, including their contact numbers and valid email address.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties unless we are permitted to do so by law or you have given us your consent to do so. Third parties we may disclose personal information to include:

• Any related companies
• IT service providers, mail delivery services
• Professional advisors including accountants, auditors or lawyers
• Government agencies

• Self Pickup (If you wish to visit our physical store in Jhochhen, Kathmandu to pick up your online booking. The booking will last only for 2 days)

*Direct Transfer- When you choose this option you will be emailed our bank details, then you can deposit or online transfer the payment. After the completion of the transaction we will be sending your order for delivery.

Delivery time will vary depending on the location, from 2-3 days. We use courier service for delivering outside Kathmandu.

• Cancellation is accepted before the order is dispatched.
• For the customers of Kathmandu, Returns and Exchange will be entertained in 48 hours from the delivery date if the product hasn’t been damaged or used. The purchased good should be in original state (including its packaging and labels), customer in Kathmandu should come to our store at Jhochhen, Kathmandu and produce the bill, after inspection then only we shall take the returns and exchange.
• For the customers outside valley you should return it within 7 days from the delivery date for exchange. If the order doesn’t reach on the correct address, 100% refund will be provided.
• Purchased under SALE or BULK orders won’t be returned or exchanged.
