Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clear up a misunderstanding regarding your order to ensure you and future buyers have the correct facts.
First, the package is fully complete. Our premium fountain pen includes a built-in refillable ink converter located directly inside the pen barrel. This mechanism replaces the need for disposable cartridges and allows you to use bottled ink.
Second, regarding the packaging, our description states that the product features “Gift-oriented clamshell Packaging with a P911 tin box.” This means the product’s design and presentation make it highly appropriate for gifting. We do not offer or mention a complementary gift-wrapping or gift-packaging service.
Rest assured, your product was delivered exactly as described and shown as in the picture. If you need help learning how to use the internal converter, or if you prefer a link to compatible disposable cartridges, please reach out to us directly through your order page!
